Raspberry Pi 5 Pre-order FAQ
When will you send me my pre-ordered Raspberry Pi 5 and/or accessories?
- Please see the batch information above.
What happens if I order other (in stock) products at the same time?
- Your entire order will be shipped once all products are available. In stock items are reserved for your order, and will ship together with your Raspberry Pi 5/accessories once they are available.
Can I amend my order? I want to add something.
- Unfortunately due to limitations with the store system we use, we are unable to add additional items to your order.
Can I cancel my pre-order and get a refund?
- Yes – simply contact our support team using our support portal and they will arrange a cancellation and refund.
What happens if I miss the first batches of Raspberry Pi 5 stock?
- Pre-orders will still be accepted, however, the estimated shipping date will be later than the initial batches available.
- You will be informed of the estimated shipping date at the time of purchase and on your shipping confirmation email, as well as updates on this page
Why do you say ‘estimated’ shipping dates?
- Whilst we’re not expecting any earthquakes, tornados or sinkholes – sometimes things just don’t go to plan. We are relying on Raspberry Pi to deliver our allocated stock at the expected timescales, but manufacturing is a tricky business and it’s not impossible for things to go wrong.
- We don’t foresee any issues, and Raspberry Pi/Sony have a fantastic reputation for their manufacturing ability, however we don’t want to give exact dates/promises when these things are not in our direct control.
