Unfortunately, we do not currently have a phone number for customer support for a number of reasons:
- We're a small company with a limited number of support staff. Our ticket system is much more efficient than a telephone-based service meaning we can help you with your query much faster (and no waiting on hold!). During normal times, 99% of queries are answered the same day.
- A lot of technical queries from customers need to be passed to the right person in the team, which sometimes requires help from team members who do not work on our support team and may not be immediately available.
- For returns and shipping queries, our ticket support system provides a continuous record of our conversations with our customers including tracking and RMA numbers. You can even create an account to log in and view your queries. Many of our customers prefer having this written record.
