With just a few clicks the tool wipes any existing files/systems on your card and installs the latest version of Raspberry Pi OS on it for you. You can also select different operating systems with the tool as well, such as LibreELEC or RetroPie.
If you just want to format your card to make it blank again, the tool does that too.
