We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because pick lists and shipping labels can be printed within minutes, we’re not able to cancel, amend, or combine orders once checkout is complete.
🧾 Why we can’t cancel or change an order after checkout
Once an order is placed, our warehouse team generate the pick list and shipping label almost immediately and begin packing - with your parcel joining the stack shortly after.
By the time you have contacted us, and we have reached your message in the support queue, most orders are already packed and caged along with hundreds of others - making cancellations extremely difficult to locate and manage.
Due to these logistics issues, we don’t offer cancellations, amendments, or order combining once an order has been confirmed at checkout.

↩️ Returns (unused / unopened items)
If you no longer need something you’ve ordered, we do offer an easy, no quibbles return policy.
You can return any unused and unopened items to us for a full refund within 14 days.
