đ What can I return?
Items returned under our extended Christmas returns period must be unused, complete and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund of the product purchase price.
These conditions only apply to our additional Christmas returns period. Our normal returns policy and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
âŠī¸ How do I return something?
Just get in touch with our support team with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll provide an RMA number and return instructions.
Please send your Christmas return by 31st January of the following year. Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
