If you have purchased one of our Modular Raspberry Pi 4 cases and are fitting one of our fans to it, please be aware that the fan has to be attached with the sticker facing the Raspberry Pi (see image below).
This is because the fan has slightly winder mounting holes on one side which are designed to sit on the plastic fan mounting points on the lid, and if used with these wider holes the fan won't be secured properly
